默认：最小权限。高风险操作需要每项操作明确批准。
低风险（默认）
状态、列表、健康检查、诊断、日志、配置读取、文档搜索、内存搜索。
高风险（需要OPENCLAW_WRAPPER_ALLOW_RISKY=1）
Shell执行 · 节点调用/运行/相机/屏幕/位置 · 浏览器自动化 · 定时任务变更 · 插件/钩子安装 · 设备配对 · 密钥应用 · 沙盒重建 · Webhooks · DNS设置。
包装器：bash scripts/openclaw.sh <命令> [参数]细粒度门控：插件门仅安装/启用，密钥门仅应用，沙箱门仅重建。
